Refunds
We offer a flexible and user-friendly refund policy. If for any reason the client wants to cancel registration, the request must be submitted to us in writing, i.e., via email. They can also inform us by calling our support line, but processing will only begin after receiving an email from the address mentioned during the sign-up process.
Refund Eligibility Timeline:

| Within the first week (7 days) | 80% of the submitted fee |
| After one week (8 days up to 14 days) | 50% of the submitted fee |
| After 2 weeks (14 days) | No refund will be entertained |
Processing Time
We will process the refund within 30 days after receiving the cancellation request. The refund will be made in the form of any suitable payment transfer method based on a mutual consensus.
